The Coherence Series is where the work begins. Five weeks, live, in a deliberately small group — working at the level where patterns actually live. Not analysis. Not narrative. The constitutional energy that organizes your system.
Each week builds. Kellyrose works directly with the dynamics in the room. There is teaching. There is direct work. And there is transmission — the element that distinguishes this from anything you've encountered in coaching, therapy, or self-help.
Format — Live virtual sessions. Weekly for five weeks.

Pattern Workshops
One pattern. All the way down.
After the Coherence Series, you know your pattern. You've felt it shift. The Pattern Workshops go deeper into a single constitutional pattern — Visionary, Connector, Nurturer, Refiner, or Seeker — with the specificity that only focused work allows.
Two hours. One pattern. The work you started in the Series, taken further.
Format — Single live session, two hours.
Investment — $197 per workshop.
Prerequisite — Coherence Series completion.
Individual Sessions
For those called to the deepest work
Individual sessions with Kellyrose are available for those who want sustained, one-on-one transformation work. This is where the patterns that run deepest — the ones that only surface in the privacy of direct work — can be met and changed.
This work is selective. Not everyone needs it. For those who do, there's nothing else like it.
Format — Virtual sessions, 60–90 minutes.
Investment — $300–450 per session.
