The site and our offerings are intended for adults. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

The Nature of This Work

The Connected Human offers educational and transformation programs intended for personal growth and self-understanding. Our content, programs, and assessment are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis, and we do not guarantee any particular result from the work. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

The Assessment

The assessment is a self-recognition tool offered for personal reflection. It is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and its results are not a diagnosis or a professional evaluation.

Programs & Payments

Enrollment in our programs is governed by the specific terms presented for each one. Group programs are subject to our Cohort & Workshop Terms; one-to-one sessions are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by enrolling you agree to the terms that apply to that program.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the assessment, the constitutional patterns framework, written and recorded materials, the story vignettes, and the design itself — is owned by The Connected Human LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Any recordings provided as part of a program are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Acceptable Use

When using the site, please do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it, collect data from it through scraping or other automated means, or use the site or its content unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to operate — for example, Stripe for payments — and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
