Coherence Series & Workshop Terms
Enrollment & Payment
Your enrollment is confirmed once your payment goes through. All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment is processed, except as described under Changes to the Schedule.
If you pay in installments through Klarna, that payment plan is an agreement between you and Klarna, and Klarna’s terms apply to it.
Transfers
Your enrollment is for the dates you chose, and it is in your name. It can’t be moved to a different Series or Workshop date, and it can’t be transferred to another person.
Changes to the Schedule
If we cancel a Series or Workshop, or change its dates, you can choose to join the new dates or receive a full refund.
Attendance & Recordings
Sessions are held live on Zoom and recorded. By joining a session, you agree to be recorded. Each recording goes to everyone enrolled in that Series or Workshop, whether or not they attend live. It stays available for 30 days and may be downloaded for personal use. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
Within the Group
What others share in a session is theirs. Please keep it within the group.
SMS Reminders
By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive text message reminders for your scheduled sessions. Message frequency varies by session schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
